Are your tasbih handmade?
Yes. Every tasbih is carefully handcrafted by us with attention to detail. As each piece is made by hand, slight variations may occur, making each tasbih uniquely yours.
Are the stones genuine natural stones?
Yes. We use carefully selected natural stones for our tasbih. Because each stone is naturally formed, they have their own unique colors patterns and inclusions. These are part of their natural beauty and are not considered defects.
Why are some designs only available for a limited time?
At our tasbih are thoughtfully introduced through curated releases rather than as a permanent collection. Every release is designed around a distinct inspiration and handcrafted in limited quantities.
Will my tasbih look exactly like the photos?
No two natural stones are exactly alike. Hence no two tasbih are alike too.
The colorsof the natural stones will follow the selection you have chosen. However, the arrangement of the beads and hardware is thoughtfullu curated by our crafter. This creative process allows every tasbih to have its own unique character while remaining true to the beauty and essence of your selected design.
Can I customise my tasbih?
At this time, we are focusing on curating out own designs. Hence we are currently not offering customizations.
Is your tasbih suitable as a gift?
Absolutely. Our tasbih make meaningful gifts for your loved ones, for Ramadhan, Umrah, Hajj, weddings, birthdays or simply as a heartfelt gesture of appreciation or remembrance.
How should I care for my tasbih?
Avoid prolonged exposure to water, perfumes and harsh chemicals. Store your tasbih in a dry place.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within Singapore. We hope to offer international shipping in the future, In shaa Allah.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We are unable to accept returns or exhanges for change of mind. However, if you receive tasbih with hardware defect of damage, please reach out to us within 7 days after receiving your order. We will be happy to review the issue and assist where possible.
Please note that we are unable to offer repairs, returns or exchanges for damaged natural stones. We kindly ask that the tasbih is handled with care to preserve their longevity.
